Guiting Guest House

Guiting Guest House and B&B is a boutique styled Cotswold stone-built farmhouse from the 16th century with 5 bedrooms situated in a quintessential, beautiful and peaceful Cotswold village. If you visit us you may enjoy, as many of our previous guests have done, cosy four-poster beds, a yummy choice of breakfasts and a friendly, peaceful atmosphere. The Guest House is situated a few steps from the village shop, post office, the church and two excellent pubs. It is surrounded by the stunning countryside of the North Cotswolds and is well placed for exploring the entire Cotswolds region.

We have a minimum two-night booking on all of our rooms – But please always check with us as we might have a natural gap which works for your dates but these single nights will be more expensive due to the extra cleaning involved and is excluded from the 10% offer.

Over the Christmas and New Year week and all Bank Holidays, we ask for a minimum three-night stay.

Comfort Room

A very pretty room with a country cottage style King Size Four-Poster antique pine bed. This cosy room is within the main house situated on the first floor, and is tastefully decorated. It has character wooden beams and ambient lighting. This room has a modern en-suite bathroom, with large walk-in shower and a range of modern appliances.

With a wide variety of teas and coffee to choose from, chocolates and snacks, well stocked refrigerator with a selection of daily complimentary soft drinks/waters and fresh milk, Smart 32” flat screen TV with Netflix, an Amazon Alexa, and full-sized hair dryer, this room is both comfortable and welcoming.

Please note there is limited space in this room and we would therefore recommend that anyone with mobility problems books one of our larger rooms Four Poster Deluxe or Luxury Room. Situated next to this room, is a large closet (lockable) for guests to store any additional luggage they may have.

Four Poster Deluxe

Charming spacious and eloquently furnished with a sense of character and charm is how we would describe our Deluxe room. With wooden beams, high quality furnishings and ample wardrobe space, the character of this room allow you to soak up the atmosphere of the period building, accompanied by all the modern facilities demanded by the most discerning of guests.

This bedroom offers a wide variety of teas and coffees, Smart 32” flat screen TV with Netflix, Alexa, hair dryer, and refrigerator, a selection of luxury Duck Island toiletries and quality towels. There is an ample sized en-suite with small shower.

With a king sized Four Poster bed and high-quality bedding, our deluxe four poster room offer the very best in comfort. This room also has a dual aspect, having windows overlooking the main garden and another side window onto the very quiet street through the village. Wooden slated blinds are fitted throughout, to ensure ultimate privacy.

Luxury Room

Spacious and individually decorated to a high standard our luxury room is plush in appearance and with ample space to move around.

The main features in this room is the large, king size wooden ornate bed, large en-suite with large shower cubicle, a selection of luxury Duck Island toiletries and quality towels. This bedroom offers a range of contemporary teas and coffee making facilities, Smart 32” flat screen TV with Netflix, Alexa, hair dryer, and refrigerator.

Garden Four Poster Room

Our King size Four Poster Garden Room is a favourite with guests, as the room opens directly out onto the cottage style garden, and lawn. It is tastefully decorated throughout and offers a special place of peace and tranquillity. It has a high-pitched ceiling, giving the feeling of space, and ambient character lighting. This room offers an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower and a variety of luxury Duck Island toiletries and quality towels.

With a wide variety of teas and coffee to choose from, chocolates and snacks, well stocked refrigerator and a selection of complimentary soft drinks and fresh milk, Smart 32” flat screen TV with Netflix, Alexa, hair dryer, and refrigerator, iron and ironing board this room is both comfortable and welcoming.

*Please note – the two garden rooms are not located within the main guest house. These two rooms are very quiet rooms, as both have individual entrances. Walls in these rooms are over 3ft deep, therefore no sounds or disturbances are heard from the garden room next door. Guests staying in these rooms will not be disturbed at all by other guests who enter and leave the guest house.

Twin Garden Room

This beautiful large Twin Garden Room opens directly on to the garden and lawn, and is tastefully decorated, has a with high pitched ceiling, and ambient lighting. This lovely bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with bathtub and overhead shower and a good selection of luxury Duck Island toiletries and quality towels. The twin beds are King Louis III antique beds with headboards and footboards, so may not be suitable for very tall people.

With a wide variety of teas and coffee to choose from, chocolates and snacks, well stocked refrigerator with a selection of complimentary soft drinks and fresh milk Smart 32” flat screen TV with Netflix, Alexa, hair dryer, and refrigerator, iron and ironing board, this room is comfortable and welcoming.
